Main activities and obligations that future profil must Person in charge of locally and effectively in Turkey – Istanbul. Our job offer Turkey HR is including following :  (for the relevant legal entities and some of the central cost Down Town (TR – Istanbul)s):
1.Responsible for recording transactions across the P&L and Balance Sheet.
2.Supervise / prepare bank reconciliations.
3.Person in charge of the preparation of the monthly financial accounts – including all journals and adjustments and preparation of variance analyses.
4.Authorisation of supplier payments and expenses
5.Person in charge of of the Balance Sheets for the Region and respective branches, including timely reconciliation of the key control accounts.
6.Prepare Person in charge of accounts and commentary showing a thorough understanding of revenue, direct costs, SG&A (including bad debut, debutors and creditors). Explain monthly results.
7.Liaise with other Finance and operational colleagues to progress work and resolve problems.
8.Support with other tasks, including the preparation of year end files for the annual audit and supporting systems/process developments within the Finance function.
9.Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts in collaboration with FP&A

What you need for be suitable for this job in Turkey

* You will have a Recognised Accountancy Qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA), with highly tuned interpretative, and analytical expertises.
* A ‘Can Do and Will Do’ attitude.
* Patient, tolerant, capable and a completer/finisher.
* Flexible and quick thinking – being as comfortable with the details as taking a “helicopter” perspective.
* Willingness to help find efficiencies in current financial processes and improve the internal control context (you need to have adaptation quality to feeling good in a new environment and do a good job)
* Experience (according to our HR firm too) of an incisive, proactive and highly disciplined finance function – used to tight deadlines.
* A highly focused, pragmatic and results-orientated achiever.
* High levels of determination, persistence, resilience, commitment and energy.
* Outstanding communication Main abilities (refering to expertises considered as important in this context and in this context (you need to have adaptation quality to feeling good in a new environment and do a good job)) (not must but preferably requested in this context for this job offer)and superior influencing abilities.
* At least pan-Turkeyan, and preferably International, business exposure.
